NGP Community is built on respect, integrity, and collaboration. These guidelines help maintain a positive environment where everyone can participate safely and constructively.

  • Respect Others: Treat all members with dignity and kindness, regardless of their background, experience level, or opinions.
  • Be Constructive: Contribute positively to discussions and help build a supportive community.
  • Stay Safe: Protect your personal information and respect others' privacy.
  • Follow Rules: Adhere to both community guidelines and any specific rules for games, forums, or platforms.

Harassment & Toxic Behavior

  • Personal attacks, insults, or demeaning language toward other members
  • Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or targeting based on race, gender, religion, orientation, etc.
  • Unwanted advances or inappropriate content

Spam & Disruption

  • Repeated unsolicited messages, links, or promotional content
  • Flooding chat or forums with excessive messages
  • Intentionally derailing productive conversations
  • Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

Cheating & Exploiting

  • Using unauthorized software, cheats, hacks, or exploits
  • Abusing bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Sharing or distributing cheating tools or methods
  • Account sharing or selling/trading accounts

Impersonation & Fraud

  • Impersonating staff members, moderators, or other users
  • Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
  • Scamming, phishing, or attempting to obtain personal information
  • Falsifying information or evidence
Zero Tolerance Policy: Some violations, particularly those involving illegal activities, severe harassment, or security threats, may result in immediate permanent bans without warning.

Acceptable Content

  • Constructive feedback and discussions
  • Helpful guides, tutorials, and community resources
  • Appropriate memes, humor, and lighthearted content
  • Game-related discussions, strategies, and experiences

Prohibited Content

  • Explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
  • Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
  • Illegal activities or instructions for illegal acts
  • Copyrighted material without proper attribution
  • Personal information of others (doxxing)
  • Malicious links, viruses, or harmful software

Communication Standards

  • Keep discussions relevant to the appropriate channels
  • Use appropriate language and avoid excessive profanity
  • Respect channel-specific rules and moderators' directions
  • Report violations rather than engaging in arguments

Violation Tiers

  • Minor Infractions: Verbal warnings, temporary restrictions (24-72 hours)
  • Repeated Issues: Temporary bans (1-4 weeks), probation periods
  • Severe Violations: Permanent bans, account termination

Appeal Process

  • Members may appeal bans through our official appeal form
  • Appeals are reviewed within 5-10 business days
  • Dishonest or incomplete appeals will be rejected
  • Final decisions rest with the moderation team

Moderator Authority

  • Moderators have final discretion in enforcement decisions
  • Staff decisions are not subject to public debate
  • Attempting to circumvent restrictions will result in harsher penalties
  • False reports may result in consequences for the reporter

Reporting Violations

  • Contact moderators directly through official channels
  • Provide specific details, timestamps, and evidence when possible
  • Report serious issues immediately for faster response
  • Do not engage with rule violators - report and move on

Appealing Decisions

  • Use the official ban appeal form for account restrictions
  • Provide honest, complete information in your appeal
  • Include relevant context and demonstrate understanding
  • Wait patiently for review - avoid duplicate submissions

General Support

  • Check FAQs and community resources first
  • Be respectful and patient with support staff
  • Provide clear, specific information about your issue
  • Follow up politely if you don't receive timely response
